The i-Mark Automatic Die Cutter is designed to automatically feed and contour cut A3 and A4 sheets without the need for an operator. Equipped with precision eye-mark camera technology the i-Mark allows for quick reading of crop marks with a precision grade of 0.2mm.

The die cutter can be used for a range of print and cut applications. These include short-run label production, digital prints and packaging. The i-Mark Automatic Die Cutter will handle sheets of material of varying thicknesses. Ranging in sizes from A4 up to Super A3 (330 x 483). The system is equipped with an internal vacuum compressor, which does not require external air connections. It is especially suited to short-run label production, as the die cutting is carried out automatically without the need for users to purchase expensive dies.

 

One of the unique features of the die cutter is it can handle up to 120 sheets of material in a continuous cycle. This is depending on the thickness of the material being processed. There is also the ability to add further sheets as required without interrupting the cutting process. This is a capability that sets the i-Mark apart from any comparable sheet-fed system.

Perfect sheet alignment is achieved via crop mark reading for each individual sheet. A camera is equipped with i-Mark technology performing the crop mark adjustments in a fraction of a second. Software algorithms compensate for any distortion from the printing process to enable precise cutting with minimal bleed. There is also an option to cut perforated lines during file creation. Speed varies depending on the complexity of the outline but on average it runs 30-40 seconds when cutting adhesives.

From Labels To Packaging

 

Heavy cutting can be performed for applications such as labels, business cards, shaped business cards, small boxes and more. It successfully cuts cardboard ranging from 150 grams to 350 grams. This makes the i-Mark Automatic Die Cutter an excellent option for customers looking to produce labels, business cards and packaging.

The i-Mark is run through custom i-Mark software that accepts Illustrator and CorelDraw files.
