A Year in Review: Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey

As 2023 comes to an end, we want to take a moment to thank you for being part of our journey. You have been more than just a customer to us, you have been a partner and a friend. 

We appreciate your trust, support, and feedback, which have helped us grow and improve our services. Because of you, DBC has gone from strength to strength. 

We hope you have enjoyed working with us as much as we have enjoyed working with you! 

What We Achieved Together in 2023

This year has been full of challenges and opportunities for us and our industry. We are proud of what we have accomplished together with you during this journey, our valued customers. Here are some of the highlights of 2023: 

  • We updated our website, which offers a better user experience and more features for you. 
  • We expanded our product range, adding more options and solutions for your needs. 
  • We improved our customer service, reducing response time and increasing satisfaction. 
  • We participated in several industry trainings with our partners overseas, events, and conferences, sharing our insights and learning from others. 
  • We partnered with Komfi, the European Leader in Laminator Machine Manufacturing 
  • We partnered with Ferniko, a wire and spools manufacturer.

What’s Next for 2024

We are excited for the new year and the new possibilities it brings. We have big plans and goals for 2024, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Here are some of the things you can expect from us in 2024: 

  • We will introduce our new loyalty program, which will reward you for your continued support and engagement. 
  • New products for Identity and Finishing Solutions, such as Commercial Laminators Amiga 52 and Delta 52 by Komfi, High-Resolution Re-transfer ID Card Printer Agilia by Evolis, Anti-Print Transfer Badge Holder, and much more!
  • New products in the print UV space and shirt & fabric printing.
  • New product in label cutting by Vulcan.
  • New range of laminating films.
  • New consoles for our IDreception platform
  • We will partner with more industry leaders, which will enhance our network and products. 
  • We will continue to listen to your feedback and suggestions, which will help us improve our services and meet your expectations.

Christmas Holiday Period - Opening Hours

We know that the holiday season is a busy and festive time for you and your family. We want to make sure that you have a smooth and enjoyable experience with us during this period. That’s why we have adjusted our opening hours and order deadlines to accommodate your needs. Here are the details: 

  • Thursday 21st December – Last day for placing orders. Orders received after this date will be processed on 2nd January 2024. 
  • Our office will close from 12:30 pm, on the 22nd of December, and re-open on Tuesday, the 2nd of January 2024. 

Please note that our customer service team will still be available to assist you via email or phone until this period. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
